The small-group cohort encourages participants to share their specific goals and challenges and promotes peer-to-peer learning. Cohorts are best suited for 10 to 12 participants. Create a cohort of people from your own organization to encourage learning across functional departments or join a mixed cohort that encourages peer-to-peer learning across enterprises.
