This one-day workshop will provide prospective leaders with deep insight into their own work styles and provide foundational understanding of two main elements of successful leadership- Understanding Yourself and Understanding Leadership. A 360 analysis is the foundation to assist the emerging leader.
Learn the core competencies that come together to produce effective teams and how to foster those competencies in your organization. You’ll complete a survey that identifies the opportunities and challenges of team building in your organization and have opportunities to learn, apply and practice new skills aimed at building alignment, improving communication, resolving conflict, promoting innovation, establishing trust, and fostering team orientation.
Learn the key skills necessary to be a leader and bring confidence and success to your organization. Leading is hard and difficult and it is good work. This innovative program will introduce you to the ten essential tasks that Leaders DO. You will not be alone in this journey; a leadership coach will guide you in developing your skills as a leader.
The program is designed for new leaders and leaders looking to enhance their skills. The practical nature of the content and the coaching makes this ideal for a leader who has at least one year of experience.
